Click Customize to create custom settings and then set the file to allow. After youve uploaded the file, keep the browser window open and head over to the Set Permissions setting. Follow the steps on the following screen to upload the file to the Adobe Connect server. To move a pod, place the cursor on its bar and with your cursor pressed down, drag the pod to any location on the interface. Click on the new content button from the Adobe Connect Central homepage.Log-in to the Connect meeting room where you would like your background to appear. Click Save button at the bottom of the page. With your cursor pressed down, drag your cursor in any direction to change the size. It will not need a custom URL or summary unless youd like to add one for your own purposes. Your cursor will turn into a two-sided arrow (see the image below).

If you see a checkmark already on Move and Resize Pods option, this would mean that the pods are already set up for resizing and moving.From the drop-down menu, check on the Move and Resize Pods (Figure 3 above).In order to perform this function, follow the steps below: This gives you the option to customize the layout and look of your Connect Meeting room. Resizing PodsĪs a Host, you have the ability to move and resize any of the pods for your live Connect Meeting sessions.

A check mark to the left of each pod name indicates that the pod is currently viewable in the Adobe Connect meeting room. Note: An arrow to the right of each pod name indicates that there is either more than one pod available to reset or you can add additional pods that perform the same function.
